The shipping times for each product are written at the end of their respective product descriptions. These times are estimates provided by our suppliers based on their logistical data. 

How accurate are the shipping times and what are they based on?
The shipping times listed in our product descriptions are highly accurate, and are derived from extensive data research done by our suppliers. Our suppliers often quote longer shipping times, therefore, it is extremely common for products to arrive much sooner than quoted. We prioritize efficient, fast, and secure delivery as a standard.

My product is taking longer than estimated to arrive. Is it lost?
In rare instances, transit across borders may cause slight delays in delivery. However, rest assured that your package is likely en route and should arrive soon. If two weeks have passed beyond the estimated delivery date and your order hasn't arrived, please don't hesitate to Contact Us.
